Someone recommend me something to clip my cell phone on an arcade machine to record?

I'd like to be able to clip my cell phone into a holder and onto an arcade machine to live stream/record the screen of me playing. Can someone recommend me something I can purchase relatively cheap?
I'd prefer to go pick it up locally, but if I have to order online no problem.

I wouldn't use a cell phone myself. I would use a webcam hooked up to a laptop if you are livestreaming it.
